Company Description:
The (QTC) Queretaro Technical Center is part of CONDUMEX Group, this technical center is leader in the design of electric systems (harnesses) for the automotive industry, moreover provides engineering services focused to the development of the embedded software, execution of tests for safety, entertainment and control systems. QTC has been working with DELPHI for more than 13 years in the development of embedded software and tests of electronic systems. Nowadays QTC has about 200 engineers and basically provides engineering services to Delphi Electronics and Safety.

Purpose of position: Ensure Data/Voice Services Continuity. Properly migrate Data/Voice infrastructure when required. Ensure Integrity information of Company Computing Assets.

Main functions, but not limited to:
• Ensuring business continuity by properly delivering Voice/Data and EUC services on time.
• Supporting IT peers on Hosting.
• EUC and Development activities.
• Hardware Inventory Ownership.
• Responsible for installation, testing and supporting data and voice infrastructure.
• Provides connectivity and network support to all internal customers, other IT members and approved visits.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support on End User Computing.
• Ensuring up to date computing equipment inventory enabling modification according to hardware location and business needs.
• Performs analysis of software, hardware, and network systems including LAN/WAN communications and Switchboard.
• Leading new Networks projects for services implementation, from their kickoff to closure including design and network implementation.
• Responds to assignments involving the installation, repair, and maintenance of computing equipment and structure cabling.

Required Skills and experience:
• Computer Systems, Electronics and Communications bachelor or related.
• 3-years experience on:
o Supporting Routing & Switching, Wi-fi, Telefonía IP, Unity/Callpilot.
o Voicemail.
o Data/Voice CISCO Nortel knowledge.
o Project Management Concepts awareness.
o Experience on Dealing with IT Suppliers.
o Fluent in English (Spoken and Written).

Desired experience & knowledge:
• Dell Hardware administration experience and Warranty tickets is a plus.
• CCNA / CCNP active certification is a plus.
• ITIL knowledge is a plus.
• German language skills is a plus.
• Used to work in the automotive industry.
• Specialized in Telecomm.
