For one of our worldwide clients we are looking for a Project Manager for its maritime projects in Mexico. The Project Manager is responsible for the successful termination of the project works and has to manage human as well material resources in a good manner. You have extensive experience managing projects on the job site and you are prepared to work according to an ON/OFF schedule. High willingness to travel is required. THE PROJECT MANAGER IS:
Responsible for:
• Planning, execution and evaluation of projects
• Realizing estimations and invoicing the realized parts of the project
• Inform the accounting department and do the follow up on the realized payments
• The Project Manager reports to the operations manager and all other involved departments on a weekly base about the made improvements and all activities done at the job site
• Good communication with the client, building a good relationship with him, and keeping him informed about the project’s progress and the realized works
• Responsible for the implementation of QA/HSE at the job site.

Operations Manager
Authorized to:
• Sign civil work and private contracts and take care of renting the necessary materials and equipment in accordance with the company’s guidelines
• Request for recruitment of personnel
Activities and responsibilities:
• Organize the activities and resources to finish the project in a timely matter.
• Keep track of the progress and development of the projects works
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager in the required activities
• Review the requirements of the equipment and assure that these are accomplished
• Manage the necessary activities with the accounting department to assure payments to the project suppliers
• Work together with the operations manager to obtain authorization of the necessary purchases during the project.
• Provide the right attention to the client communicating the progress of the project
