Lead Generation Associate (MKT)

Tiempo-Completo Responsibilities include, but not limited to: + Support the automation and execution of lead nurturing programs and email marketing initiatives using Marketo & Salesforce. + Measure and track effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations to improve them. + Perform A/B tests to optimize our open and click through rates. + Integrate metrics from various data sources, and create insightful analysis to provide actionable recommendations for optimization. + Support reporting to generate decision making metrics and ROI forecasting. + Monitor and maintain a positive anti-spam reputation making sure that all our outbound activities are CAN-SPAM compliant. + Proactively search for new technologies/services to improve our online marketing initiatives. + Perform marketing research to support thought leadership creation.

+ Highly analytical + Able to learn quickly and think on one’s feet + Able to report and support data-driven marketing decisions. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both in English and Spanish) + Creative / Bring innovative and fresh ideas to the table. + Ability to synthesize complex ideas into simple communications. + Robust web programming & web design knowledge are a strong plus. + Previous experience optimizing campaigns using Google Analytics is a strong plus. + Knowledge using Salesforce / Marketo is a strong plus.
