Regional Maintenance Manager

Due to the growth of a European company in Mexico, Full Crew is looking for a Regional Maintenance Manager in Guadalajara. The ideal candidate has a technical background, knowledge of maintenance and personnel management experience. The main location is Guadalajara but the job requires extensive traveling to their local operations in various states in Central Mexico. Our client has operations in the whole world and is one of the leaders in its industry. The company has a professional but entrepeneurial focus and is looking for an efficient and flexible manager with a "CAN DO" attitude.
JOB TASKS AND DUTIES
• Oversee and manage the entire maintenance and operations of the baggage handling system at the airports in the region.
• Daily meetings with customer for the purpose of status reporting
• Development of procedures for normal and abnormal ops and emergency scenarios
• Planning
• Shift scheduling
• Recruiting and Personnel issues
• Budgets
• Reporting to the management
• Set up and manage improvement programs related to people, processes and systems
• Develop quality plans
• Manage spare parts

• Site and personnel management experience
• Technical background
• Self starter; eager to learn

• Detail oriented and stress resistant
• Good verbal and written communication skills
