Desired Candidate Profile: -Excellent english verbal and written skills. -Professional experience in technical areas -Should have around 1-3 years experience in Customer Service, Technical Support,Help Desk Executive. -Should have good experience in working with Web Technologies or platforms(HTML, JavaScript, PHP, etc). -Willingness to participate in non-standard working-time models(e.g.shift,callavailability,etc..) -Should have very good customer interaction skills.- Tons of Initiative andInnovation.JobDescription: -The technical support specialist will offer support and solutions to customerqueries, especially pertaining to the Ooyala (Backlot, APIs, etc). -Work effectively with our account managers to provide the highest quality &competitively support resulting in customer satisfaction and loyalty. -Quickly diagnose/triage issues and deliver a high level of customersatisfaction.- Flexible to work in night shifts.
